  • 24 hour access to your account via telephone.
  • Check your account balances and activity.
  • Perform transfers.
Instructions to use VRU:
  • Just call (716) 674-3199 and press option #6.
  • You will need your nine digit account number, which can be found on your statement in the upper right corner.
  • First time users access codes are set to the first five digits of the primary account holders social security number.
  • The first time your account is accessed, you will be required to change your access code to a number of your own choice.
