2023 Scholarships Available!

College-bound high school seniors have the opportunity to compete for three college scholarships at once!

Students that apply (with only one application) are eligible for the following scholarships:

WNY FCU Scholarship up to $1,000.00

NYCUA Tri-Chapter of WNY Scholarship up to $1,500.00

NYCUA Scholarship up to $1,500.00

There is no fee for submitting an application. Applicants MUST be:

Members of WNY FCU, interested students that are not members, may open an account and become a member enabling them to apply
College-bound high school seniors at the time of application
Attending either a 2 or 4-year accredited educational institution for the first time in the fall of 2023

Interested students are encouraged to:

1. Verify your eligibility by emailing info@wnyfcu.com to request a verification code. (you will need this for the application)
2. Click here to download the fillable PDF application
3. Complete the application form and the required essay
4. Obtain the required transcripts
5. Submit your application here, no later than January 7, 2023

Applicants must be a current member at WNY FCU or can join prior to applying.
Account opening at the Credit Union is quick and easy, available Monday – Friday!

All statewide applications are scored and money is awarded at all three levels based on the given scores. Winners will be announced in May 2023.
